Osman Okur was born in Ankara in 1964. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara, he graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences department of Business Administration in 1986.
After university , he began his career at audit department with the title of Traniee Revenues Controller in Finance Ministry in 1987. After the competence and proficiency exams he was appointed firstly Revenues Controller and then Revenues Controller General
During the work he has taken on the task in ‘’ Computer Assisted Audit Project ‘’ carried out in conjunction with Federal Republic of Germany, as well as he has served as trainers at computer programs course orginized for Revenues Controllers.
After he left from his task in Finance Ministry in 1998, he began in a international audit company with the title of Chartered Accountant in same year. He left the partnership of the company in 2000. By the end of 2014 he continued to work together with his proffessional team.
During these times, he has joined many seminaries, has taken cartificates and his articles has been published in professional journals.
He organized ‘’Turkey Financial Reporting Standarts Education’’ program with his two co-worker in 2012.
Chartered Accountant Osman OKUR has been authorized as an Independent Auditor by Public Oversight Authority.
Since 2015, He has been continuing his career as a partner of ‘’YORUM Chartered Accountant and Independent Audit Join-Stock Company’’
He knows advanced level English. He is a member of Revenues Controllers Foundation and Revenues Controllers Association. Additionally he is Congressman Fenerbahçe Sports Club and Greenpeace supporter.
He is married and has a daughter.

Ümit Yılmaz was born in İstanbul and completed primary, secondary and high school education İn İstanbul.
